The Friends of the Library is a support group of volunteers dedicated to augmenting the excellent service provided to the community by the Coloma Public Library.
Members meet March, April, May, September, October, and November to plan fund raising events, the proceeds of which provide materials and equipment not provided by the library operating budget. In addition, they review these and and other needs for the library with the director. Membership is open to all interested in supporting and promoting library activities and programs.
Participation ranges from simply paying an annual dues ($12) to participating and or planning in the activities.
- Annual brat sale
- Serve during play intermissions
- Chili supper
- Help out during Chicken Chew festivities.
